Custom Orders

The cost of custom orders depends on the request! Some factors into the price of custom plushies include:

• Size
• Amount of detail required
• Number of different colors

The process for custom orders is as follows:

1) You will specify what you would like your plushie to look like. This includes providing any reference photos, drawings, or descriptions. Make sure to also include how large you would like your plushie to be and any other specifications on how you would like the plushie to be made.

2) We will assess the request and quote a price for the custom plushie based on cost of materials, size, amount of detail, number of colors, and labor time. Keep in mind that all plushies are made by hand with love and care. This quoted price will be communicated back to you.

3) If you would like to move forward, you will submit a 50% deposit of the quoted price via Venmo or PayPal (if neither of these options work, we can figure something out!).

4) We will confirm the plushie yarn colors with you before purchasing them.

5) We will purchase the plushie materials and begin work on the plushie. We will keep an open line of communication with you regarding the plushie's progress. Please note that unexpected delays can arise, such as delays in the materials' delivery to us.

6) Once the plushie is finished, we will send a photo to you. You are allowed one minor revision to the plushie after this point, if desired. If a revision is desired, we will resend a photo of the final plushie after the revision has been made.

7) We will discuss how to get the plushie to you. If you are local in the Twin Cities, there is the option to have the plushie delivered to you by us, with a $15 delivery fee. If you would rather have the plushie shipped or are outside of the Twin Cities, the shipping cost will vary, but usually depends on the distance the plushie will travel and the size and weight of the plushie.

8) When shipping/delivery has been decided, you will send the second half deposit + shipping/delivery fee via Venmo, PayPal, or the originally decided form of payment.

9) We will ship or deliver the plushie at our earliest convenience!

Yes! As long as we have reference photos or a clear idea of what you would like, we can make any plushie your heart desires.

It depends on the size and amount of detail of the plushie, as well as how many orders we currently are working on! A plushie can take anywhere from two days to three weeks, depending on the factors listed above.
